Loukia Christodoulakis

As a former longtime Queens resident, who now lives on Long Island, Loukia’s knowledge of both areas is an invaluable asset when working with her buyers and sellers. She prides herself on offering first class service and getting first class results, which is evident in her strong base of loyal repeat clients and referrals.

Following a successful career in the Accounting sector, Loukia entered real estate over 12 years ago and is currently an Associate Broker. With a BBA Degree in International Business from Hofstra University, Loukia has been able to apply her business industry knowledge in implementing successful marketing and pricing strategies. Her in depth understanding of financial analysis has allowed her to achieve great success in the co-op market, and she brings the same analytical skills in assessing the residential market.

In addition, Loukia speaks fluent Greek and also carries a Minor degree in French, which allows her to extend her reach to assist her clients in today’s global business environment.
